This is where you find mental health support from someone with real lived experience who can provide support with deep empathy and a trauma informed focus on you as a whole person

I am a Trauma informed and Lived Experience Counsellor, Psych BA and Social Worker (Masters Professional Qualifying) and I offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet your individual needs. My approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective and practical solutions that are affordable. Sessions are fully funded for Victims Services NSW clients and aged care clients. I am an also an EAP practitioner and you may be able to access my services through your employer. Private sessions are $120

Narrative and Creative

From my years as a comedian, singer and performer I have developed creative skills that allow me to use art, music, storytelling, dance, yoga and anything in between to create healing and new neural pathways

As someone with lived experience of emotional dysregulation and it's treatments, I am now able to assist you with the same.  Behaviour adaption one mindful activity at a time to help you find "a life worth living" as per Marsha Lineham creator of DBT

Therapy rooms in Batemans Bay

My new rooms include spaces for counselling, artistic and creative therapies, groups and First Aid Training. I acknowledge that transport costs and access are challenging if you prefer in person sessions. We can also do Hybrid work where we do some sessions online or by telephone in addition to in person.
